POTATOES AND ONIONS IN FOIL 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
butter
Salt and pepper to taste

On large piece of heavy duty foil, slice potatoes and onions. Dot with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold foil tightly. Cook on barbecue grill, turning frequently, until potatoes and onions are tender.
