TURTLES 
1 pkg. Kraft caramels

Melt caramels until smooth with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

Add 2 cups chopped walnuts and stir. Drop onto a very well greased cookie sheet and press pecan halves on the top.

Melt 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips with 1/2 square of wax in a double boiler. Be sure the caramel and nut mixture is set. Put in freezer for 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Dunk cold turtles into the hot cocoa mix and set back on the cookie sheet to set.
