FORGOTTEN CHICKEN 
6-10 pieces, cut up chicken
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. milk
1/2 to 1 pkg. Knorr dry onion soup

Put rice on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine milk and soup and pour over rice; place pieces of chicken on top. Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or even longer if desired.
