OVEN FRENCH FRIES | |
1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. seasoning salt 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/4 lbs. Russet potatoes (about 2 lg. or 4 med.) Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1/2 inch strips. Pour oil into 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Combine paprika, salt and cheese in plastic bag. Shake potatoes a few at a time in coating and place on baking sheet in single layer so potatoes do not touch. Oven fry at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes until tender. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Serves 3 to 4. |
