CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 1/4 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-6 chicken breasts or 4-6 pork chops
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Put rice, soups, water mixture into 9x12 inch greased casserole. Lay meat on top. Sprinkle dry onion soup over meat. Cover tightly and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees.

VARIATIONS:

Use cream of chicken soup. Can use Minute or regular rice. Sprinkle with paprika. Put slice of cheese on last 5 minutes.
