LASAGNA PIZZA 
SAUCE:

2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove pressed garlic
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire

In medium pan heat oil and butter, saute onions, celery and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, paste and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until thickened. Remove bay leaf.

20 lasagna noodles
2 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. pepperoni
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1/4 c. each chopped onion and green pepper

Using a buttered jelly roll pan, arrange 10 cooked noodles. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese. Cover with remaining noodles. Spread sauce over evenly. Place pizza in cool oven. Turn on 350 degree bake 10 minutes. Remove. Arrange pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and green peppers on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts 15 minutes.
