APPLE CRISP 
4 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted

Toss apple slices with lemon juice to coat. Place apples in greased baking dish. Mix flour, sugar, cheese, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over apples and bake in 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is lightly browned. Approximately 6 servings.
