STRAWBERRY NUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. Angel Flake Coconut
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the above ingredients together. Pour into 3 (9") layer pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and powdered sugar together adding a little strawberry juice the add the other ingredients and spread on layers and sides.
