REUBEN SPECIAL 
1 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 tsp. caraway or dill seed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
12 slices rye bread
1/2 c. Russian dressing
6 slices American cheese
1 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
Butter

Drain sauerkraut. Toss sauerkraut with caraway seeds and garlic powder. Set aside. Spread bread with dressing. Top 6 slices bread with corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, cheese, remaining 6 slices bread. Brush melted butter on sides of sandwiches. Grill until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Serves 6.
