SUPPER NACHOS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
4 oz. can green chili peppers, chopped
2 or 3 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
6-8 oz. taco sauce
Sour cream

Brown ground beef and onion. Spread refried beans in a shallow casserole. Top with meat and onions and chili peppers. Cover evenly with cheese. Drizzle taco sauce over all.

Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Top with sour cream and serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
