CHEDDAR CHEESE PIE 
1 baked 9 inch deep dish pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs, cream, milk, salt and pepper sauce together. Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of crust. Pour in cream mixture. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes. If this is too much for 1 pie shell, bake remainder in small greased dish.

Variation: Crumble 3-4 slices of crispy cooked bacon coarsely over top before baking.
