CHEESY BRAT STEW | |
6 cooked bratwursts or Polish sausages, cut into 12-inch pieces 4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8. |
