FILLING FOR POCKET BREADS 
3 c. cooked garbonzos
1/3 c. hot water or bean liquid
1/2 c. sesame seed or tahini
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain beans well. Whiz all ingredients in blender, or mash beans and mix in other ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Fills 8 pocket bread sandwiches. Top with cucumber, sprouts, tomato, etc.
