RAISIN CARAMEL PUDDING | |
2/3 c. seedless raisins 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. butter 2 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. butter 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 tsp. vanilla Soak raisins 5 minutes, then drain. Combine sugar and milk. Add sifted dry ingredients, raisins, and teaspoons butter. Combine remaining ingredients; heat to boiling and cook 5 minutes. Pour in greased 8 x 12 inch baking pan and drop batter from spoon over sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm. |
