CARAMEL RAISIN PUDDING 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. cold water

Mix dough ingredients all together and put into a greased pan or dish. Mix raisins in dough.

Sauce: Stir together and pour over dough, adding small bits of butter. Bake 30 minutes in moderate oven.
