CAKE TOP LEMON PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 lemons, juice and rind
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add yolks of 3 eggs beaten, juice and rind of lemons, melted butter and milk. Fold in the whites of the eggs. Set in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
