3/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Put in plastic bag or non-metallic pan. Marinade 2-4 hours for minute steaks. Longer for family steaks.
