1/8 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter

Place potatoes in a large bowl and add powdered sugar 1/4 cup at a time. Mix well. When all the sugar is added it should form a ball. Roll out on wax paper and spread with peanut butter, then roll up and cut into 1/4 inch pinwheels. Let air dry 15-20 minutes.
