CREAMY BAKED CHEESECAKE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. ReaLemon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, graham crackers crumbs and sugar. Pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cheese until fluffy. Beat in Eagle Milk, eggs and salt until smooth. Stir in ReaLemon, pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Top with fruit, if desired.
