PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. rice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. clove garlic
1/2 soup can water
1 egg

Mix 1/4 can soup with ground beef, rice, egg, onion and salt. Shape firmly into approximately 16 meatballs. Brown meatballs and garlic in shortening. Drain off fat. Blend remaining ingredients. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
