2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 5 eggs 1 c. nuts 2 c. pumpkin 2 c. sugar 2 c. oil 2 sm. pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding Bake at 350 degrees. Mix together all dry ingredients. In a large bowl mix sugar and oil, add eggs and dry ingredients, then the coconut pudding and nuts. Beat well. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 4 small loaves. |
