1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix above together, set aside.

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix together, and add to above. Heat oven to 375 degrees - middle rack. Make balls of dough, place on ungreased tart pan (mini tart pan) bake 8-10 minutes, remove from oven, press candy into center of cookie. Cool 15 minutes in pan, remove and store in airtight container. Makes 40 pieces.
