CRISPY RAISIN DROPS 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. granola
1/2 c. chocolate covered raisins

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Mix flour, salt, and soda. Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in granola and raisins. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
