POTATO SALAD 
2 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cooked 1/2 hour in jackets
4 to 5 carrots, shredded
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 onion, diced
2 oz. white vinegar plus 1 tsp. cold water with a pinch of sugar
Mayonnaise

Cool potatoes, peel and cube. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together; salt and pepper to taste.
