PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. crushed nuts
2 eggs

Beat eggs; add sugar and mix well. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in 13x9 pan that has been greased and floured at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING - Makes a lot!:

1 cube softened butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well; spread on cake.
