CHILI CON QUESO 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies, chopped
1 sm. jar taco sauce or picante sauce
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, sliced

In skillet, saute onion and green chilies in small amount of Crisco shortening until onions are soft. Add taco sauce. On low heat, add Velveeta cheese, stirring often until it is melted.
