FONDANT 
1/2 c. prepared French's Country Style Mashed Potatoes (unseasoned)
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
3 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. choco bits, melted

Combine all ingredients except chocolate. Press onto square piece of waxed paper. Spread chocolate on top. Makes 1 1/2 pounds.

VARIATION: Roll fondant in balls and roll in cinnamon like Irish potatoes or shape like Easter eggs and roll in chocolate. Use imagination.
