SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 lg. loaf bread
1 med. onion, minced
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
2 cans shrimp, drained
1 can crab meat, drained
2 or 3 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
Butter

Trim and butter bread slices and cut into cubes. Add onion, hard-boiled eggs. Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, add chopped celery, shrimp, crab and mayonnaise. Mix and refrigerate for 4 hours, before serving.
