POTATOES AND FRI CHIK 
8 lg. potatoes
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can fri chik in juice
Grape Nuts
Garlic salt
1 tbsp. McKays' chicken seasoning

Peel and boil potatoes. Combine butter, sour cream, garlic salt, and McKays' seasoning. Mix well. Dice 1/2 of potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle with Grape Nuts. Break up 1/2 Fri Chik and place over Grape Nuts. Pour 1/2 sour cream mixture over Fri Chik. Repeat with another layer the same way. Cover and heat in microwave or warm oven, only until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
