CAJUN-STYLE CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 env. Lipton onion OR onion-mushroom recipe soup mix
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 lbs. boneless broiler-fryer chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
Assorted mustards (optional)

In large bowl, mix soup mix, bread crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well. Arrange chicken in 12 x 8-inch baking dish and drizzle with butter. Microwave, uncovered, at High power 6 to 8 minutes or until chicken is tender, rearranging chicken once; drain on paper towels. Serve warm with assorted mustards. 5 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
