TURTLE STEW 
5 lbs. turtle meat
1 lb. pork
1 lb. beef
Salt to taste
Pepper
4 lbs. onions
3 lbs. potatoes
1 can cream-style corn
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 lb. butter

Cook turtle off bone, then cook all meat together until it makes hash.

Add all ingredients together. Cook until onions are clear. After everything has cooked, remove from heat and add 1 quart milk.
