LASAGNA 
1 pkg. broad noodles or make noodle dough, cut into strips two inches wide
2 c. ground beef, ground twice
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3 c. cooked tomatoes or sm. can tomato paste
3 tbsp. flour
1 sm. onion, minced very fine or blended
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Drop noodles into boiling water. Cook until tender. Brown beef in cooking oil; add garlic salt. Mix some of the tomato juice or diluted paste with the flour and stir into beef. Add the remaining ingredients, except the cheeses. Cook a few minutes. Place in oiled baking dish in layers; first some of the meat mixture, then place thin slices of cheese on top and cover with the noodles. Make another layer, then slice cheese on top and sprinkle a little on the meat and grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F. about 20 minutes.
