ASPARAGUS FRITTERS 
2 lbs. asparagus
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 lg. spoons of Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. oil

Mix all dry ingredients first. Add rest of ingredients. Make sure asparagus is drained dry or towel wipe. Fry in frying pan as you desire.
