MACARONI AND CHEESE 
10 oz. big elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Grease well a 9x13 casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Continue baking 15 minutes uncovered.
