RHUBARB PUDDING | |
4 c. rhubarb, cut up 3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. sugar 1 box white Jiffy cake mix 1/2 c. melted butter (butter) 1 c. boiling water Slightly butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Put rhubarb in bottom of pan. Mix together strawberry Jello and 1 cup sugar and sprinkle over rhubarb. Then sprinkle Jiffy cake mix over that (dry). Spoon butter over mixture. Spoon boiling water over mixture evenly. Do NOT stir. |
