RHUBARB PUDDING 
4 slices bread, cubed
2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk

In greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish layer with rhubarb, bread, dots of butter, rhubarb, bread, dots of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
