2 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 orange
1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. diced apple
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped nuts

Wash cranberries, leaving only water which clings to them when you put them into a sauce pan, add sugar, lemon and orange juice; bring to a boil and cook slowly, until berries are tender. Remove from heat and add gelatin which has been softened in cold water. When partially set, add apple, celery and nuts. Mix well and pour into mold to set. Serves 6 to 8.
