HONEY OATMEAL CHEWIES 
1 1/4 c. Butter Crisco
1 c. sugar (granulated)
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick oats
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnut pieces (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream Crisco, sugars, honey, egg, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, coconut, raisins and walnuts.

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11-12 minutes for soft cookies; 13-14 minutes for crisp cookies. Remove to cooling rack.
