BRUNSWICK STEW 
2 lbs. pork or chicken, chopped
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/3 c. dripping pork or ham
1 1/2 c. catsup
3 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 c. diced potatoes, cooked

Heat slowly - more salt and pepper can be added if needed.
