ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sold shortening (butter-flavor Crisco)
1 c. buttermilk

Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in order given. Stir in buttermilk and warm yeast mixture. Blend thoroughly and dough is ready to be refrigerated.

Knead and cut into biscuits. Place in greased pan. Let biscuits rise slightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
