1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oatmeal
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips

Cream sugars and butter. Add oil, egg and flavorings; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
