CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. cooking oil 4 eggs (beat in one at a time) 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 3 c. grated carrots Combine all ingredients and pour into cake pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes, or until it springs back at touch. FROSTING: 3 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 3/4 to 2 c. powdered sugar |
