PANCAKES 
1/2 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Mix all together. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet. Turn when pancake bubbles and bottoms are golden brown. To reheat, stack 3 frozen pancakes on microwaveable plate and microwave at HIGH for minute to 1 minutes and 30 seconds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
