ORANGE GLAZED TURKEY BREAST 
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. orange juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 boneless, skinless turkey breast half
6 red peppers, sliced
2 tbsp. cilantro or parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat broiler. In small bowl combine marmalade, orange juice and garlic. Place turkey on broiler; brush with 1/2 orange mixture.

In medium bowl combine sliced red peppers, parsley, salt, pepper; set aside. Broil turkey breast about 40 minutes until done, turning once during cooking and brushing with remaining orange mixture. Arrange red peppers around turkey breast halfway through cooking. Let turkey stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
