LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch of rosemary, basil & thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, slices
Parmesan cheese
Lasagne noodles

Brown chuck and onion together. Cut sausage in 2" pieces and brown in separate skillet. Drain meats. Add sausage to browned beef with tomato sauce, paste, water and spices. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagne noodles in boiling water. Layer in pan, starting with noodles, sauce, cheeses. Last layer should be sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
