DAYA'S COLESLAW 
2 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup chopped radicchio
1/2 cup chopped arugula
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup roasted red peppers (can purchase in store)
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1 minced onion
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup cider or sherry vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
2 tsp. Stevia (healthy sugar substitute)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. coarse black pepper
2 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Place the cabbages, radicchio, arugula, carrots, peppers, onion and parsley in a large bowl.

Separately, blend the mayonnaise, dairy sour cream, vinegar, lime and lemon juices, Stevia, salt, pepper and spices. Stir well. Pour this over the cabbage mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator to allow flavors to blend and coleslaw to chill.

Serves 8 to 12.
