CHEESY POTATOES WITH BROCCOLI 
2 cups dairy sour cream
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheese, divided (save 1/2 cup for last)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 bag chopped broccoli (I use fresh)
4 (15 oz. ea.) cans sliced potatoes, drained (I use fresh potatoes and cut thick and boil)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix all ingredients except broccoli and potatoes Add broccoli and potatoes (mix gently).

Spray baking dish (size determines how much you want to cook).

Add all ingredients and bake at 350°F for 45 to 55 minutes.

During the last 30 minutes of baking sprinkle reserved 1/2 cup cheese over top.
