DRESSING:

1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. chutney
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. dry mustard

SALAD:

1 pkg. spinach
1 head of Bib or Romain lettuce, or mix
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. scallions
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad mixture. Serves 8.
