ARMENIAN SHISH-KEBOB MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. coarse pepper
1 c. burgundy wine
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 pieces crushed garlic
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 onions, sliced and separated (used on skewers between meat)
