NAVAJO INDIAN BREAD 
4 c. non-sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form dough into small balls and roll out in thin strips. Surface and roller should be floured. Cut 2 long stripes into and through the flattened oval of dough. Fry in small amount of hot grease until brown. Cool on brown paper bag. Salt if desired.
